We are new to the Chattanooga area and had heard many of the advertisements for Larry Hill but had also heard of the company's involvement in the community so we decided to stop by. As a financial analyst (and penny pincher) by trade, I was not looking forward to dealing with the whole car buying process because it has been such a tug-of-war in the past. I was extremely surprised at the ease and speed of the process at this dealership. I had several questions which our finance agent, Rob, kindly and patiently answered even though it was past closing time on a Saturday at the dealership. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and at no point did I feel like I was getting pressured or pushed to make a decision. Our salesperson Jason was great and best of all, honest. He found us a car that fit our needs and our pocketbook and we couldn't be more pleased. More
