This is my second buying experience with Larry Hill Ford within the last two months--so they must be doing something right! I brought the 2011 Ford Taurus I recently bought in for a minor service issue ( within the last two months--so they must be doing something right! I brought the 2011 Ford Taurus I recently bought in for a minor service issue (I was very pleased with the service I received and the problem was corrected in a timely and efficient manner). On my way out, a 2013 Ford Taurus in Ginger Ale caught my eye. Eric Hill was very courteous and attentive to my questions and concerns about trading vehicles again so soon. He answered all the questions I had about all the new technology on the Taurus. He worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be. Mike Fulkerson gave me a great deal on my trade-in (on this purchase as well as on my last purchase) and has always been very attentive and courteous on my visits to the dealership. Mike Bartlett was very efficient during the "paperwork portion" of the deal and answered all my questions about what each form I was signing meant. He also gave me some good advice about making extra payments on my loan. I left with a brand new car, in the color I love, and feel that I got a great deal. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and goes out of their way to make the customer feel important and valued. I will definitely be back when I get ready for my next car and I will be recommending Larry Hill Ford to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. More

Cars in ads not on lot at adv price; car we asked for not available( they said it had been sold three weeks before and they couldn't get it off their Internet listing). They kept bringing us a deal for a car available( they said it had been sold three weeks before and they couldn't get it off their Internet listing). They kept bringing us a deal for a car we said we didn't want. They wouldn't get the keys for the car we wanted to look at, and told us we wouldn't like the paint job. It was the only car on the lot that appeared to have the best price. When they looked at our trade in, the original price of the car they were trying to sell us jumped $3500 so that it looked like they were giving us over $3500 for our trade in! We will not be back. We bought elsewhere. More

Mr Johnson met me at the door of my car, greeted me with a "good morning" and introduced himself warmly, then asked why i had come for service. In addition he and the technician informed me of another little problem that i was not aware of. After hearing the matter i advised them that the vehicle had been involved in a minor collision before i bought it and they recommended to me that i go back to the dealer where i purchased it. I've contacted that dealer and i appreciate Mr Johnsons assistance. More

This was my first experience at buying a new car and I was skeptical about it at first because in the past dealing with used car salesmen hadn't been the best experiences. I was actually looking online to buy another used car when i clicked on Larry Hill Ford and thought "What the heck all they can do is say no or like everyone else and not respond at all." Once I completed the application I got a reply back within a minute that said a representative would be contacting me and I then got a call from Jason P to get a little more info and said he would have an answer for me the next am and he did. Once i got to the dealership he turned me over to Bill Hamlett who was great and very professional but made me feel comfortable as well and instead of trying to sale me just anything he was interested in knowing what I wanted. Then there was Victor and Rob that helped get me the best rate possible and didn't just take the first one that came up. Victor told me i was approved he was just looking for the best deal for me. The whole process with Rob went very well and helped me get the very best for me.
