My husband and I searched the Internet far and wide for the truck we were wanting for quite some time. It seemed we were not going to be able to find the truck we desired. Price was not foremost on our min the truck we were wanting for quite some time. It seemed we were not going to be able to find the truck we desired. Price was not foremost on our mind as much as being satisfied with the truck overall (diesel engine, desired accessories, and crew cab). We found all of our 'wants' at Larry Hill Ford. In addition, we were truly satisfied with the ease of negotiating for the price we were willing to pay. We were already set in our minds with what we considered to be an acceptable price and an agreeable trade for our car. Being an adamant person, I was unwilling to accept anything else. There was only one negotiation for that price and absolutely no bickering - astounding, that has never happened before for me at a dealership!!!!! My husband and I both are not very open to sales people, we have had our experiences and are very skeptical of them (salesmen in our family - need I say more). I am pleased to report my 'happy' experience for a change. There really is a Santa Claus! This was a true gift for my attitude. Finally, everyone at the dealership from the exec's to the sales staff and even the car washer went above and beyond to make our time spent at the dealership pleasant. Bill Hamlett (sales) and Rob Folks (finance) were exceptional. Additionally, the camaraderie for my husband with Bill was an added benefit. He and Bill are both retired Air Force and had a lot in common. Can't say enough about this dealership. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I am one well-pleased customer at this point. Hopefully, I will be as happy with the service as I am with the purchase. More
Shopping for a used car can be tedius. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from Larry Hill Ford and as in the past I was once again treated with dignity and respect. At around 6:30 AM one morning several vehicles in the past from Larry Hill Ford and as in the past I was once again treated with dignity and respect. At around 6:30 AM one morning I was met by Mike Fulkerson, { Manager of used cars } He was polite and knowlageble in every vehicle that I questioned him about. He presented me a Fusion that was leathered out and a good price due to a power buy. I came back the next day to test drive it and it was already sold, Such is the case of my purchase of a Mazda Miata. I was signing papers and another salesman came in that had a returning customer come back to get it. My advise is CLOSE THE SALE the first time and the customer will not be disapointed. Don't you just hate it when you have to apologize to a returning customer for not doing your job right the first time. My salesman is Matt Hobbs. He is polite, courteous and professional in attitude, All these atributes are expected to the highest level in sales but what is impressive is that Matt takes the time out of his personel time to keep his customers informed. Matts communication skills are presented on a personel level yet leaves a lasting impression that is favorable to the Larry Hill family. Thanks for making my shopping expierance a good one. More

Very bad experience @ LARRYHILL IMPORTS with a NISSAN FRONTIER SE/W 4x4 I found online. It was listed at $16,991 with 25,000 Miles on it...so I sent a quote offer/testdrive well I arrive there and was gr FRONTIER SE/W 4x4 I found online. It was listed at $16,991 with 25,000 Miles on it...so I sent a quote offer/testdrive well I arrive there and was greeted by Tony Walker who I sent my offer to online he referred me to Bill Hamlett So we went for a test drive. Was very happy with the frontier so we started filling out paper work that took 5 1/2 hrs was denied. In that whole time window the only info I could get out of Bill Hamlett was the amount he was offering for my trade-in $11,000 so I spoke with Ron Sharp and was told the truck was listed at $24,999 I then realized there was an issue and why I was denied so I told him its listed online on your site for $16,991 he replied I don't think so. So we went in his office and looked online on his site and there it was @ $16,991 he then told me he didn't have to honor that price keep in mind this is 5 1/2 hour later near closing time was told he would go ahead and honor the price. But said only if I would except $7,700 on my trade-in was dumb founded and that he would hold truck until next morning surprise he was off work and Bill Hamlett was there we spoke he said he would run the paper work and told me he would give me a call he calls less than an hour later and said there was no luck! I said what do you mean did you redo my app for the loan officers he said no he called. Which had to been a lie then he just hung up the phone on me very bad business practice bottom line is he did not want to sell the truck for the price that was listed online also my credit is great! LarryHillFord your loss!!! I have everything printed and all documents good luck will be contacting the BBB and Larry himself about this or just go TO HUNT NISSAN ;) More
