Dean went beyond his duty as a salesman to find the right car for me. We started with used & went to look at new because of the rebates to back to the used vehicles. I would have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. We where car shopping a month ago and where not able to work a deal at another car dealer. Then a few days ago we where out and I received a call from Reggie Johnson. He called to tell me that he was working at Larry Hill Ford and that he felt that we could work out a deal that would get us out of our current car. We looked at the Fusion which Rob Folks worked hard to get us financing through Ford Motor Credit with a great interest rate with extra benefits like free oil changes and tire rotations for three years along with a tire and wheel protection plan, vehicle protection plan, and a total loss plan. We where very happy with our experience at Larry Hill Ford. More
Wes did a great job with filling out all the required paperwork. The only problem I encountered was the $399.50 processing fee that the dealer charged. I felt the add on Cars.com should have indicated paperwork. The only problem I encountered was the $399.50 processing fee that the dealer charged. I felt the add on Cars.com should have indicated that this fee was going to be added. If I had not driven 400 miles to pick up this vehicle I probably would walked out. I do not like to be surprised and felt that Chris should have allerted me to this fact. I also should have been told by Wes as he filled out the paperwork. I was only finally told about the extra fee (which really amounted to a higher sales price) when I signed the final papers with Kevin. I felt it was a deceptive advertising practice. I am doing my own title and tag processing and the dealer had little or no processing costs incurred. More
