Wow excellent experience with sales-person Dustin, straight shooter who was laid back and easy to deal with. Believe it or not the Finance portion of the transaction was enjoyable as Rob was also gre straight shooter who was laid back and easy to deal with. I came to the dealership that morning with full intention of buying a truck that day but I was going to check at least three different dealerships before making my decision. That being said I had looked at t of buying a truck that day but I was going to check at least three different dealerships before making my decision. That being said I had looked at the same truck at a different dealership about six months earlier so I had a good idea of prices for what I wanted. I drove to Larry Hill first to check out there inventory. I was greeted by sales consultant Jason Craven and he asked a few question's to qualify me for the truck that I was looking for and after a few question's he took me to a white f-150 and ask if that's what I had in mind I told him yes and test drove the truck. I told him that was exactly what I wanted but I didn't think they could get it to my monthly payment that I needed to be at. Jason said just let me see what he could come up with. I did have a trade-in so that was first to see what they afford me for my trade. Jason came back and showed me what they were offering for my trade-in which surprisingly to me it was $1000 more than the other dealership had offered me six months ago. So I thought I would listen to more. As it turned out I liked the sales person and the truck and the deal well enough I decided what little difference I might find at another dealership that it wasn't worth the time to shop around. I truly believe if someone is trying hard enough to work with me as Larry Hill did then they deserve my business. There were a few things they said they would do to my truck like a spray in bed liner and some other things and it is a week and one day later and those things are done. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a dealership that is looking to earn your business. One last thing. I first checked out the so called number one Ford dealership in Tennessee and they came nowhere close to what Larry Hill did and to and insult to injury the other dealership called me back a few weeks later and said he had gotten some less expensive trucks in if I would like to come down he would try to get me in one of those(less expensive trucks). If I wanted less than what I was looking at I would have started at that price point. Thanks, Jeff Hawke More

What a pleasure it was to work with Dustin and Majdi. I have to admit... shopping for a car is not my favortie thing to do.
