My husband and I went to this dealership based soley on the fact that, even on the phone, Mr. Yancey was courteous, and absolutely positive that his sales team would do anything and everthing in their powe the fact that, even on the phone, Mr. Yancey was courteous, and absolutely positive that his sales team would do anything and everthing in their power to help us find a good, reliable vehicle for our family. Due to our schedule, we got there a little close to closing time. Even though this was the case, Bill Hamlet stayed, along with several others, to make sure that all the paperwork was done correctly, all the t's crossed, and i's dotted. They spent more time than they should have to help us out, and for that, they have certainly gained customers for life. I know that many would think this is to make a sale but this was not the case. We had went to Toyota in Dalton Georgia and did not recieve any respect or courtesy, clock out time was time to leave and no sale came before leaving. Therefore, I believe this sales team to be a solid working unit of good-standing citizens willing to help any customer, treating them with respect, dignity, and fairness. Without a hitch, we drove away in a new 2012 Ford Fusion, and cannot beliive that we were capable of doing so.
