After deciding I was going to purchase a new vehicle I started my search at Larry Hill Ford. I found a car that I really liked but wanted to compare pricing on some other vehicles. Mike has assured me that whatever issues I had after purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Understandably, not all proble purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Although, a major problem was taken care of on the first trip; it took a third visit to the service department for the other problems to be found and fixed. My wife and I have just retired and wanted to drop quantity of vehicles that we own from three to two (all Fords). We were unable to reach a price on selling our Taurus, but Matt was quick to recomme quantity of vehicles that we own from three to two (all Fords). we went to the dealership originally to purchase a used vehich a few months ago. we looked at a truck at that time but was uncertain as to whether we should buy or not. He helped us realize we would prefer a new truck becase of all the difference in qualities in the new vechicle. we took some time to think about it and went back last week and bought a new truck. everyone was great and very helpful. Ryan spent all afternoon and evening with me making sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed. I wasn't dressed my best because I had been at work just before my visit to this dealership but did not all of my needs and concerns were addressed. He spent hours with me while I looked at, and drove, several different vehicles. I felt that he was very professional in the way he handled the entire sale. There was no pressure other than I felt like I had almost put him through it all by the time I left with my purchase.
