He wasn't pushy and didn't try to influence our decision. My heart was set on one SUV in particular. At first, it didn't look like we could get the numbers to work, because of negative equity in our trade, but Robert and Kevin made it happen! Good customer service HE was a very helpful and polite dealer. He was accommodating and constantly making sure we were ok. If I could give only him a rating it would be 5 stars. However the dealership itself would only receive 2 stars. We drove 3 and a half hours to get a car that was priced decently. In the pictures it only showed one flaw a fading of color on the front bumper. However after seeing the car it had a deep and large scratch that appeared to have been keyed too the car and a dent on the front. Neither of these were included in the pictures. A week after driving the car home the front ball joint began knocking. I am very disappointed with the dealership but IF was an awesome dealer. If it wasn't for how he treated us as individuals we would have left without the car. I highly recommend him as your go to salesperson. Thank you IF for your awesome customer service. More

When I had to come in later in the day for a test drive, he made arrangements to ensure another salesperson was available and waiting on me - Chris Day who was also excellent. Communication and service at the preowned lot was awesome. Service in Finance at the new car lot was another story. Extremely long waits, very little communication, and lack of courtesy shown to the salespeople. Suit and tie jobs are meaningless if you don't treat others with respect. Although JD is relatively new, he does a great job and I highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to see him. More
