We have waited 7 years to purchase a new vehicle and I have been doing research for the past 4 weeks or so. I even took my laptop to bed looking at Crossovers!! After narrowing my decision to 3 choices have been doing research for the past 4 weeks or so. I even took my laptop to bed looking at Crossovers!! After narrowing my decision to 3 choices I began to email dealerships and arranging test drives. Chris Yancey was very prompt in contacting me and got down to business quickly (I really liked that). Once an acceptable price was agreed upon I went to the dealership to test drive. Larry Simcox was a great salesman, very informative, answered all my questions and let the Explorer XLT sell itself. He expedited his paperwork as quickly as possible and checked on me frequently as I waited to complete the required financial papers. He even brought me cheese crackers and a coke while I waited. It was a good experience that I will be happy to share with friends and neighbors. We are regular "service customers" at LH Ford and it just felt right to buy American close to home. A special thanks to Victor, the sales manager, for completing my financial paperwork to save me time. Also special thanks to Marvin (think I have the name correct) who patiently introduced me to Sync and other features of the XLT. I never made it to Atlanta to test drive the 3rd vehicle. I purchased a 2010 Hyndai Tucson on 03/15/12. The actual deal was made on 03/10/12. The 2 salesmen (Larry Simcox and Dustin Hayes) were very pleasant to work with. It was very late when I left the dealership on 03/10 so when I returned on 03/15/ with a check to purchase this vehicle I ask where the "remote" keyless entry key was to the vehicle because all I was given was a regular key. I was told they would look for it as there were many keys there and they would contact me whenever they found it. After several calls back I was finally told there was no "remote" keyless entry key to this car. I feel like I got a fair deal on my Hyndai but also feel that for the price I should not have to go out and purchase a new "remote"and pay to have it programed. I was called on 03/20 and told I needed to come back to the dealership because of more papers that needed to be signed. I spoke with Mike Fulkerson before arriving that afternoon and spoke to him about the "remote" key and he informed me that I would have to purchase the key. He did offer me a tank of gas for having to drive back to Cleveland, but it was never mentioned again after I arrived. Everything seemed fine until the deal was done, after that I customer satisfaction didnt seem to be an issue. More

The buying experience was great from the beginning, from Larry to the finance manager, all were eager to help and assist in my new vehicle purchase. The overall experience was good. Everyone was anxious to help when we arrive with only about 10 minutes to get to the credit union to close the deal. We were able to get everything completed in time to purchase the car we located on the internet. What was advertised was what we found to be true. Everything was very productive until we came to the paper closure process. Even though all that remained was to delive the chedk and sign the required documentation for transfering the car title, we had to wait for a couple of hours as the back log of paper work ahead of us was quite large. Larry Simcock was very helpful and even gave us a couple of burgers due to the long wait. It would be good to evaluate the cause for the long wait to sign the documents as it may only occur on the week end as this was on Saturday. The prices are the best we found as well as great service with the exception of the wait. We are looking to purchase another vehicle soon and will definetly return to you dealership.
