I went to Larry hill bc I bought an extended warranty w my car and it was making a noise. I schedule an appt only to wait over an hour for my car to even get looked at. Then a guy tells me that I'm not lon my car and it was making a noise. I schedule an appt only to wait over an hour for my car to even get looked at. Then a guy tells me that I'm not longer under my warranty and I would need to replace 2 pulleys which would be $240. I then went to another service where I could get a better deal. They ordered the parts put them on and guess what?! That was not the problem!! The problem as actually a small less expensive pulley! So instead of me paying $50 to get my car fixed. Larry Hill decided to get more money and say it was the most expensive pulleys on the car. Now I'm out $300 because of the ignorance at this dealership! I have purchased 2 cars from them and will never return. Nor will I let any of my family and friends buy from this place. They rob you while smiling to your face! Treating people like that will only end you up in one place. Out of business!!! More

I had an amazing experience at Larry Hill! This was my first experience buying a car and other dealerships and used car lots were trying to scam me, but Chris Davis and Lee Johnson at Larry Hill were upfr first experience buying a car and other dealerships and used car lots were trying to scam me, but Chris Davis and Lee Johnson at Larry Hill were upfront and honest with me then entire time. The first trip I made, they didn't have the exact car I was looking for so Chris Davis took my name and phone number and said he would call me when they got the specific car on the lot. The next day I got a call from him saying there was a whole truckload of the car that I was interested in that had just arrived! I had a firm budget and Chris and Lee were able to find a car that fit me perfectly, in my budget, and it was a very newer used car. I am thrilled with it! Everyone at the dealership treats you like family. It was such a nice experience! I would recommend Larry Hill, but especially going to see Chris Davis or Lee Johnson ANY day! More
