I can only give Larry Hill Ford and Billy Bailey the highest marks available not only because of their committment to me as a customer during the purchase process but after my purchase as well. Billy has always gone above what one would consider typical service to accomodate me in every aspect of my experience. As a female, it has been my experience that most other dealerships/salespeople do not take my interet in the mechanical function of a vehicle seriously...So I out Billy to the test by asking him some very important technical questions about maintenance on both the gas and diesel engines and not only did he take my questions very seriously, he answered them in a way that made me feel "safe" and respected. Here is another great example: When I purchased my new 2011 Super Duty I had forgotten our handicap placard in our trade in. Unfortunately I did not realize my mistake until late that evening. I contacted Billy first thing the next morning and his first words, after greeting me, were "By the way, I found your handicap placard over the passenger side sun visor and grabbed it for you.." Not only did he notice my issue he anticipated my call! Anytime I have had questions about my new vehicle he is always willing to find out the answers to my questions. I am confident, both as a customer, and as a female, that Billy and Larry Hill Ford will always value my being their customer and value my family and friends who decide to use their dealership for their vehicle needs.
