The dealership in Knoxville listed around 100 cars available in our budget and type of car. When we got there, those vehicles were not on their lot and we were pushed into looking at other type cars. We decided to take a break from car shopping for a few days. My husband was looking online and came across Cleveland Ford. It is right off the interstate in Cleveland, TN. Easy drive from Knoxville, Chattanooga and Atlanta. We called and John Yow confirmed that the car we saw online was actually right there at their dealership. My husband and I got right on it and within 24 hours we had a really nice car at a very good price. It was actually $2,000 less than the Knoxville dealership had advertised! John Yow was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he aims to take care of his customers. After you do business with John Yow you will never waste your time at another dealer. We test drove ten different trucks while working with our salesman David Essex. He didn’t complain once about working several hours through, and past lunch. I knew what I wanted when I got there. We just needed to find the right model, and options to fit our needs. The selection was good overall. They were a little thin in some of the option packages, but I was able to find the truck I was looking for. After spending some time looking. It was in the service department having the transmission recall taken care of. They did everything we agreed upon in a timely fashion. The entire staff was super friendly all the way through the financing. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
