Cleveland Ford

I was in need of a new truck and was sitting in the Walmart parking lot in Cleveland and noticed alot of trucks with the Larry Hill sticker on them. Having a horrible experience with a Ford dealer in C Walmart parking lot in Cleveland and noticed alot of trucks with the Larry Hill sticker on them. Having a horrible experience with a Ford dealer in Chattanooga some time back I started doing some research on the internet about Larry Hill Ford. After browsing the inventory and knowing I do not have the best credit in the world, I filled out the online application. I got a call later that day and set up an appointment to come out and see what they could do for me with my trade in after I got off work.When I got there that evening I was meet by Ryan Hunter and to my surprise he was one of the kindest and sweetest salesman I have ever met. He was not pushy with me and I felt very comfortable. He understood my needs in a vehicle and worked very hard to help me get exactly what I needed. Even though I was not able to come up with a decision the first night, he was very kind and understanding. I spoke to him a couple of times the following day and he had spoke to Mike Fulkerson and was able to get some suggestions that would work for me. I came back in the second night with my husband and we looked at several more trucks, I was able to finally come up with one that fit ALL of my needs and I fell in love with, it was a bit out of my price range, but after speaking to Mike Fulkerson he was able to get a payment close to what I was use to paying. Again, I went home to think it over to make sure I was not getting my self into a situation I could not afford. Mike and Ryan both were very understanding and did not push me or make me feel like a lesser person. After crunching numbers I was able to see I could make the payment with some minor cutbacks in my personal live so I went back, (3rd day now) and found Mike was able to get me a decent rate and also a warranty for a lesser payment than we spoke about the day before. When it came time to sign the dotted line is when I met Mike Bartlett, he was able to get me a point lower in my rate plus set me up with Car Care, gap insurance plus a extended warranty for only a few dollars more. I have NEVER had any company treat me with such respect and kindness. I commend all 3 of these men for being kind, understanding and willing to go the extra mile to help me without making them feel uncomfortable and like a lesser person as many have done in the past. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Larry Hill Ford to any and everyone I know and deal with on a daily basis. Jason went out of his way to help us find the truck we needed. He worked with us through two visits, and several test drives. Jason and Kevin made sure we knew all of our financing options and how they needed. He worked with us through two visits, and several test drives. They worked with us on the final price of the truck we chose which was bigger than the one we went in looking for. I met Kevin in different circumstances in relation to injury to his knee. When it came time finally to trade in my Mazda Tribute, I decided to get a Ford Edge as I had test driven that car at another de injury to his knee. I checked out the inventory at Larry Hill Ford and got in touch with Kevin as I knew he would help us get a good deal for the trade-in and purchase. We went to see and drive the SEL and the Limited versions and drove home that day with our brand new Limited. The entire process was smoothe, they were willing to give a little on the trade-in and the price and I felt we got a great car with all the options for a good price. The staff at Larry Hill Ford seems very relaxed and friendly and Kevin was excellent to work with. We have previously purchased a Ford 500 at Mountainview Ford in Chattanooga and that experience was very good also but I am very happy with buying from Kevin and Larry. More
