Very helpful I was one of the “just looking”. Brandon still took the time to show me the different trucks I was looking for and a few I didn’t know I was looking I was one of the “just looking”. His demeanor was so friendly that I knew I would be in good hands. I know I am a hard man to deal with but Mr Ridgeway's smile and genuine desire to help me kept me calm. There are millions of vehicles out there to be sold but I wasn't sold so much on the Truck as I was Mr. Ridgeway. I so wanted at the end of the process, to hug him but I think the era of showing a stranger affection and appreciation is a thing of the past. It is so hurtful knowing that there are people that would frown on two strangers hugging and showing respect. I use to hug everyone , everywhere all the time. Mr Ridgeway might or might not be offended but the next time I see him I AM GOING TO HUG HIM ANYWAY. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I pray for his future success in what ever he does.
