We normally run our cars until they are dead. Just can't afford to keep trading up and going deeper in debt. Our first experience with Dean & Mike was awesome. A few weeks ago, I knew it was getting time to trade up on my other vehicle. I made several visits trying to decide what was in my price range and yet something I would enjoy driving. Dean called & said he had something for me.Did they ever! This was also my first time dealing with Mike Fulkerson. This topped my last purchase by a mile. It makes a difference when you meet people that love what they do. My new purchase was a 2008 Ford Escape. I can now say that ALL my vehicles had come from Larry Hill Ford. Jason and the entire staff worked very hard to get me in my new f-150. I thought when i came there was no way i would be able to get a new truck but they worked their magic and a few hours later i was driv my new f-150. Wes was the most thoughtful and careing car salesman Ive ever seen. My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from him. While I was in the delivery room, we were supposed to be signing papers for our jeep, an ever seen. My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from him. Duke helped us with the price on that car and the bank was sending the check to Japan instead of TN. It took so long for the check to come back but Duke said that he would do anything for us to keep our Jeep, and he did! Yesterday I called Wes an hour before I got there and he had a beautiful car waiting on me. He knows what he is doing. Hes the best at what he does. Last night, I bought the car and he was at the dealership until 8 pm waiting for all the paperwork. Kevin helped me with the price, they even gave me some free gas! Kevin is so down to Earth and he knows what its like to be in a hard situation with money. And Majdi was a blessing! While my son was pitching a fit, he didnt stress out at all. We had to do the paperwork again bc the address was wrong but he completely kept his cool. Everything these men do, isnt just for a pay check. They are honestly hard working men that care about people. I could go on and on but I can promise that I will never go to another person to buy a car, other than Wes. They were friendly, great on the price, gave me the best experience that someone could have! More

first of all I love my car. But after getting home and looking over my papers, I realize they did not come down a penney on the price, gave me practiacally nothing on my trade in and charged me full pri looking over my papers, I realize they did not come down a penney on the price, gave me practiacally nothing on my trade in and charged me full price for waranty. I was so excited about the car that I didnt know what they were doing. I wanted my payment like it was on my other car practically. And it was, but boy did I ever pay for it with 3 more years financing!! I don't appreciate it and the next time I will go elsewhere and be sure and read everything!! The salesman was really nice. It was the people behind the scenes doing the negotiating!!!!!!! More

They were extremely friendly, and very considerate of my condition, seeing how I have been extremely ill for the past couple of months. Wes was always very thoughtful and helpful as we searched for just the right car. He offered me drinks, a place to rest, and constantly asked if I needed anything at all, which really helped. One evening I got so sick I could not stay any longer to work on the deal. He was very selfless, and assured me that it was okay, and that I should take care of myself first, and could return to sign papers later. Kevin worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our need, and for one that we would be able to finance, considering our less than acceptable credit score. He went with us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and we definitely knew this was the car for us. Majdi also worked very hard on getting us the financing, and went the extra mile, which ultimately resulted in a lower payment of $70 per month, even after we had already signed the papers. We received a call saying it would be $50 lower, and since then received a letter lowering it an additional $20. We had to come in to resign papers but, for this savings, it was well worth our time. Overall, they made a stressful situation very easy, and it is the best and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We are completely satisfied with, and love our new car. We look forward to future transactions with Larry Hill Ford, as we know we will one day need other vehicles for ourselves, and our two children. They worked extremely hard to get us the deal we needed to have a nice, reliable vehicle, at a reasonable price. We are so grateful for the work done by the members of your business, and can honestly say they care more about the customers than just making a sale. We live in Nashville and after two dealing with two disappointing Ford dealerships in Nashville, we decided it would be worth the 3 hour drive to Cleveland, TN. After seeing the F-150 Ecoboost torture test several times, we knew it was the truck for us. So, we brought our 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara along to trade. Upon arriving and meeting Wes face to face, we took off on a test drive in the F-150 Ecoboost. An absolutely amazing vehicle with all the perks and enhancements that make you fall in love with a truck of this nature. Wes was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the truck and took time to show us everything. Wes really went to bat for us on our trade which is always a huge negotiating point and made us happy. We were in a time crunch to return to Nashville and Wes definitely picked up the pace to help get us back on the road quickly and managed to still have time to set up our sync account to our phone so we were ready to roll.
