Service department I was told it was first come first served. I was the second person in line when the service department opened. Waited 3 hours after seeing people com I was told it was first come first served. I was the second person in line when the service department opened. Waited 3 hours after seeing people come in after me and leaving. So decided to asked about my car. And said he would check on it. Instead of coming back to me first, he sees another couple who came in 2 hours after me, to tell them what is wrong with their car and they also fixed their car and they left. Then decides to come to me and tell me they just put the machine on my AC to test it to see why it was blowing hot air. Then comes back and said it would be the next day before they have my car ready and that they would pay for a rent a car for me to drive and that he called and they was on the way to pick me up from the service department waited another 45 minutes for someone else to call the rent a car place to see where they were. Come to find out they said that was the first call they received. So get back to work about 1 pm and they call at 2:45 pm saying my car was fixed. So they makes me know I was sitting there for 4 hours while they fixed everyone's car but mine. More

He made sure my car was taken care of and made sure that the part I needed was ordered. He set my appointment for the repairs ahead of schedule and made sure that I was kept informed on the progress. That kept me from completing my trip on an unsafe tire. Also they didn't charge me. More

The 12 Volt Charger (power point) was not working. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Ron Penepent as soon as I entered the service area.
