Ron Penepent Changed My Mind I have a Ford Focus and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had been receiving "too many" calls from Larry Hill Ford to check and see if I was inte I have a Ford Focus and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had been receiving "too many" calls from Larry Hill Ford to check and see if I was interested in trading my vehicle or if I was satisfied with previous service. I don't respond well to that type of call. I started ignoring them and harboring an irritation that created bad feelings for the whole dearlership. I recently had a transmission problem that caused me to be stranded after normal business hours. My car was delivered to the dealership the following morning. Ron Penepent worked tirelessly to get my car back on the road as it is my only mode of transportation. He also found all the best finacial options for me every step of the way, from service to rental. My mind has changed. I will definitely use Larry Hill for my future transportation needs. Best care I've received in a while I was in from Illinois for vacation. My 2006 Ford F150 (which I love) started having issues. Spoke to Chris in Service. Jerry Johnson to the rescue. I transport residents of a nursing home on a 17 passenger FORD van. My vehicle needed multiple repairs performed by a certified FORD mechanic. I needed the service performed in one day due to a heavy next-day transport schedule. Jerry Johnson advocated for me, and my nursing home residents, to get the work on my van completed expeditiously. Jerry kept me informed about the progress being made on my vehicle, ordered parts for items to be repaired later and helped me set up a future time to install those parts.
