Service Visit came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Jerry Johnson met me at the door and immediately started to take care of me. Amazing! I could change my oil myself but because the service is so excellent here, I choose to get my car serviced here instead. I needed an antenna for my ca I could change my oil myself but because the service is so excellent here, I choose to get my car serviced here instead. I needed an antenna for my car and they tried everything they could so that they wouldn't have to charge a labor charge and it worked! They also let me know of the labor charge before doing anything that required being charged for which was nice. I ended up only having to pay for the antenna which was awesome! More

Larry Hill Walks the Walk This experience was great. I brought my car in for service and inspection. Everything was pretty much spot on. My 2012 Mustang was still "off" afte This experience was great. I brought my car in for service and inspection. Everything was pretty much spot on. My 2012 Mustang was still "off" after having the steering gear replaced under warranty earlier in the year. I had mentioned it at the time and the technician believe it could be a normal due to slight differences in the part design. I drove the car for months with the issue and it began to deteriorate. On my last visit, the techs diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and made the repairs at no charge. I dropped it off with Chris on Saturday, just before the service area closed. He called me Tuesday morning (he was sick Monday) to let me know that they found a bolt that didn't fit quite right. They had ordered the part and it would be in either that day or Wednesday. He called me later that afternoon to let me know it was ready to go and I could pick it up as late as 6:30. When I got to the dealership, I picked it up from the cashier, signed for the repairs and service and took my car home with no charge as I had pre-paid maintenance. This experience was great as it always is with Chris as my Service Associate. More

What could have been a long day of repairs turned out great I have to confess that I had some concentrated office work to do yesterday so I actually volunteered to take my husband's truck in for service just so I have to confess that I had some concentrated office work to do yesterday so I actually volunteered to take my husband's truck in for service just so I could bring my computer to Larry HIll to work without the distractions I get at my own desk! What started out as a routine oil change and search for source of mildew in the truck's cab, turned out to reveal a more serious matter that involved water retention and nearly ruined front brakes. Roy and Jerry patiently showed me the areas of concern on the truck and came up with solutions that were efficient, safe, and cost effective. When first glance looked like it may take a while to repair, I was offered a ride, but it turned out that they were able to fit me in and complete the job while I still got my office work done! And I love the clean waiting area and ALWAYS friendly service! Thanks, Folks! More
