I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and they were very sweet to her. Jerry Johnson gave her a balloon and came to check in on her several times during our wait. Service center caused a problem and could never fix it. I purchased my current car a little over 2 months before I had the first service on the vehicle. It came around the time for the car to be serviced, a I purchased my current car a little over 2 months before I had the first service on the vehicle. It came around the time for the car to be serviced, and my mom always got her VW Jetta serviced there, so I thought I'd take my Kia Spectra to have a regular service. Before I had the service, there was no problem with the vehicle in any shape. The service had taken quite a long time due to the fact that they broke several of the studs for the tires and had to replace them, then also doing an alignment for the vehicle. I understood the problem, paid, then went on my way. The next week I went on the interstate to travel to Chattanooga, and the steering wheel shook like crazy. My hands felt like they were holding my phone while on vibrate. I took the car back down to have them look at it again the following day, thinking that it was off balance. After they claimed to fix the problem, I drove on the interstate once again, and the steering wheel is still shaking. I took the vehicle back and asked for it to be fixed again. During the second attempt they claimed that one of the tires was going bad, so they replaced the one with a new tire, but then the vehicle pulled towards the new tire. So, I had to leave it there overnight so they could put another tire on the other side to make sure it didn't pull. During the whole second attempt they broke off another 7 studs and wasted 2 days since I couldn't drive to get some work done before I head back to college. After the 2 days they claimed that my vehicle was ready, but to everyone's surprise, the steering wheel is still shaking; keep in mind none of this happened before the service. I went back to the service department again, and they threw their hands up, and said they did their best. I'll be having to take my vehicle somewhere else now to see if someone more professional could fix my problem Larry Hill Import Services caused. The people are friendly, but are very unprofessional. I would never recommend having your car serviced there unless you want a long wait for a simple job, and the risk of having parts broken from your vehicle and future problems caused. I appreciate them trying to correct the problem, but you couldn't. Therefore, I'm taking my business elsewhere. More
