very, very poor service department The car was not checked over before I picked it up more than 24 hrs after purchase. Your own records verify this. There was almost no gas in it, the gas door wouldn’t open, the windsheild washer did not work, & Sarurday night I was stranded in freezing weather when the car wouldn’t start. Your service department came out and got gas door open. The service manager, Mike, picked up my car Friday evening to fix windsheild washer. When he brought it back he said that the front washer was working, but not the back one. What am I, too stupid to know the difference between the front & back windsheild washer? He also said that the company is trying to find a fix for the gas door & it may happen again. Yet I wasn’t given any information on how to open it without damaging my car. Also I am supposed to call your dealership every few months to see if they have come up with a fix. Really? Mike made no mention to me that you would go over my car in detail as you had promised in my purchase agreement. And didn’t forget that I had to wait in the severe cold to have my car jumped on Saturday night. An additional expense for me! I had better gear from you Monday morning since I have been stuck at home since Saturday night and have no reliable transportation for Monday. I expect a call from Cliff Wall to explain your service department’s conduct. More
Good service but poor representation When I checked in I asked service person Eric how long my service would take . He was annoyed by the question and rudely said it would be 1.5 hours for oil change and radio software update. I opted to wait in the lounge and told him so. 2hours 20min later I was still waiting. Went out to garage to find out how much longer. He was on the phone and and waved at my paperwork on his desk. Who knows how long it was sitting there. The woman at a nearby desk jumped up to help me.. Seems reasonable to me he could have given me an update after an hour and a half. No complaints about the work that was done. Just rudeness from Eric More

poor service I was getting new tires for our Suburu and I wanted to compare prices with other places so I was told $185 per tire plus $70 for taking old tires off I was getting new tires for our Suburu and I wanted to compare prices with other places so I was told $185 per tire plus $70 for taking old tires off and putting new tires so I used that price to compare to other places and costco had sale that would have saved me $150 but had to order the tires so I elected to get them done at your place since tires had already been ordered and were there and that date worked for my work schedule. Then when I get there I am told they should be aligned which is another $80! Then after sitting and waiting for an hour, Eric comes out and says oh, by the way, there is a recall on the passenger air bag and they could do it now which meant another 1 1/2 hrs waiting. I asked him if he knew about this when I checked in as I would have taken shuttle home rather than sitting there for an hour and he said yes he had known that but did not know if they would get to it! A waste of my time and my money. I was not impressed at all with this service. More

Great Job Since starting to come to Cliff Wall Subaru with my 2016 Outback, a couple years ago, Rob has been my service writer. I do this because he has always Since starting to come to Cliff Wall Subaru with my 2016 Outback, a couple years ago, Rob has been my service writer. I do this because he has always made an effort to help resolve any issues I might have had, worked to find a loaner for my service appointments (I live about an hour away, so this helps me take care of some errands), and always has excellent communication with call backs or follow ups. I couldn't ask for any more. If and when I get another Subaru, it will be because of his efforts and representation of Cliff Wall and Subaru. More
