I took my car in to have a recall done for a hood latch. While I was there I told them to please look at the plastic valance around the hood latch because the last time it was in for service somehow clips g While I was there I told them to please look at the plastic valance around the hood latch because the last time it was in for service somehow clips got broken. The service department told me no problem. They fixed the recall but not the plastic valance but told me it was fixed. Me being me I went and checked before I left and never to my surprise with this dealership they took another clip from somewhere else and just placed it so the pice would seem to be fixed. When I lifted the pice I found that not only one was broken but now four missing! I went back in with a cool head and told them they are now just missing in another place and the pice is not fixed. The service people told me they did not have anymore clips in stock . I said then why did you tell me it was fixed? The response was why did you lift that pice to check it should only be done by a trained technician. I said it’s my car and the trained technician still left the pice broken! They told me sorry it won’t happen again . I still stood there waiting for them to tell me that they were going to take care of it but instead just looked at me and said is there anything else I can help you with I said nope thanks for nothing have a great day once again this dealership has let me down. On a sidenote with this dealership I have to constantly tell them please do not get dirt or grease inside of my car. Either from their shoes kicking the door or the kickplate getting in the car or grease on the seat or grease on the steering wheel it’s a never ending battle. They offered to clean it after I’ve pointed it out but the bottom line is it should have never been there and now I have to stay at the dealership even longer to have them clean my car after I’ve already been waiting there long enough for the car to get serviced .One of the times that I took my other older car there it was also being serviced for a recall and they were out test driving the car and while their test driving they took the car to go pick up their lunch so when I got my car back it smelled like food inside of my car ! More

I was given an appointment for 5 minutes from when I called. The service was prompt and reasonable. Recommendations were given for the next visit.
