I would like to recognize Cameron as one of the most personal, friendliest and competent service managers I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. He kept us posted daily on the progress of personal, friendliest and competent service managers I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. He kept us posted daily on the progress of my old 2003 F250 7.3 diesel repair. We love our 7.3 but it had to be towed on July 17, 2026. We live in Florida and we’re in the process of taking our camper to our property in Boone when our 7.3 stop near 321. Cameron made me feel like he knew me all of his life and he was going to take care of us. That old 7.3 had never stranded us and Cameron said he had a mechanic ( later we found out his name was Nate)) that loved to work on 7.3s and that they would get us back on the road as fast as possible. We received a text from Cameron on July 21 2026 that all parts had arrived and that our truck should be ready this afternoon if everything checks out after test drive. We were able to get back on the road around 3:45 pm that afternoon. The next day we pulled a tractor on a trailer back that we had brought back to our farm in Lee, Florida. Our good as new 7.3 never skip a beat on the way home. All I can say is THANK YOU so much to Cameron & Nate. We are home safe and these guys are the best. Sincerely Larry & Sheryl Alderman More
