When picking it up it was quick and easy. when I was next in line the lady decided to take someone standing behind me, before me. When picking it up it was quick and easy. More
The epitome of bad business practices. Cloninger refuses to take any ownership in wrong doings and will reprimand you for “giving them a low score” that they well deserve. to take any ownership in wrong doings and will reprimand you for “giving them a low score” that they well deserve. More
I took my brand new Powerboost F150 in for a malfunctioning fuel door mechanism (warranty repair). Even though the mechanism wasn’t working it was still very easy to get the fuel door open with malfunctioning fuel door mechanism (warranty repair). Even though the mechanism wasn’t working it was still very easy to get the fuel door open with a gentle pull. Instead, the techs thought that they had to pry it open and now I have two very noticeable paint chips around the fuel door area. While they said they would take care of it, I still haven’t heard back after almost three weeks of a personal visit and three phone calls to the service department and service manager. More

Bought a damaged car for almost full price and was promised by Malik our salesman and the manager that said damage would be fixed in a timely manner and I would be contacted with follow ups, but I’m t promised by Malik our salesman and the manager that said damage would be fixed in a timely manner and I would be contacted with follow ups, but I’m the one following up not them. I’m the one pressing the matter not them. I am the one that paid 18k for a damaged car not them. I am the sucker for believing a car salesman when I knew better not them More

I spoke to a salesman and they had one on the lot which I test drove and liked. The salesman told me a price and I said that it sounded good I would buy it right there. The general manager got involved in the deal and tried to low ball me on my trade in which I declined and told him a few weeks prior I had been offered $6000 more than he was offering me by a chevy dealership and another cloninger dealership. We haggled back and forth then he disappeared into the back room and came out with a new number on my trade in as well as an addendum on the price of the bronco which raised it 10k over the price we had spoken about before I sat down. I left and he was very adamant about not needing my business. I don't mind disagreeing on price but a general manager being disrespectful is uncalled for and will most likely deter my company and I from purchasing from cloninger in the future. We purchased 4 cars from cloninger the year before and they have thrown that business out the window by being very rude and "shady." The GM's name was Damian Brooks. More
