Terrible service. They promised a couple of days but had my car over a week. And gave me no updates on a completion date. Called, and called but no response, not even from the general manager. Had to file my car over a week. And gave me no updates on a completion date. Called, and called but no response, not even from the general manager. Had to file a complaint with the Ford Corp. to get this going. More

I had a problem with engine knocking on my Ford F 150 and the truck only had 35,000 miles. I took the truck in for an oil change and told the service writer my problem. I did not need the truck for several the truck only had 35,000 miles. I took the truck in for an oil change and told the service writer my problem. I did not need the truck for several days so I left it with the dealer. After about 2 days (which was OK) they sent me an email plus called to tell me that my truck was fixed and ready to go. The problem I had was a problem several F150s had but the main thing it was corrected under warranty. I am pleased with the service, and respect I received at Cloninger Ford. More
We had an amazing experience buying a car from Cloninger Ford of Hickory. We brought a trade in that I didn't to give a large allowance, but after the appraisal they gave us more than we thought we would ge Ford of Hickory. Well had a bad experience with service department a few months back but decided to give them another try...called about 12 yesterday to get a quote on getting a pinion bearings and seal replaced..talked to months back but decided to give them another try...called about 12 yesterday to get a quote on getting a pinion bearings and seal replaced..talked to Ashley and she said around 740 depending on what they run into...since I was trying to get an estimate on said services and not what they might run into, I asked her if she could get me an exact estimate on replacing said parts and she said the tech was at lunch and she would have him call me when he gets back...waited all day no call...called back in the morning and another service advisor said they were slammed and he would make sure she called me...now it is lunch time again and I still haven't received a call back ..over 24 hours and still no estimate...guess management doesn't care about customer satisfaction...BEWARE BEWARE More
