My 2024 F-250 King Ranch was a extremely major purchase for me a year ago and I am very selective on who I entrust with the Service of it. This was my first time to this dealership. My local Ford Deale for me a year ago and I am very selective on who I entrust with the Service of it. This was my first time to this dealership. My local Ford Dealer is not really satisfying to my standards and is severely understaffed. so I drove 40 miles further to Cloninger Ford and was pleasantly greeted with a very vigorous staff, friendly and attentive. I was able to get a very quick appointment and when I arrived my truck was taken right in and repairs started. I was impressed with the service video provided to me. My local Ford dealer does not offer any of this. The repairs were completed in a time frame well under what was quoted and I was on my way. Sheila was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. She has a great attitude and work ethics. something that is quite rare these days. So, this will be my new go to for my Truck repairs.
