The sales team did a good job getting my 2016 F150 sold. Service, however, was once again a lot less than satisfactory. It took 10 days for them to replace the motor on the running boards. A couple days after I picked up the truck the rear window shattered. My research unveiled this is a problem with these trucks as the remote start turns on the rear window defrost even when it isn't needed. Service says they have never heard of such nonsense and I am on my own. I would not trust Cloninger Ford of Hickory to do any service work. JD and the rest of the sales team will definitely get you the ride you want! More
