This appearance package is also supposedly added in the detail department. I know for a fact, nothing has been added to your car. This is a dealer markup that is certainly not fair. I would not mind paying for something that would be protecting my car, however, it is simply not added. Used cars go through an inspection process. It is up to management if certain items on your car are not repaired. You would be amazed to know what items are not repaired. These will be things that come up in the future and when you pull into Service, you will pay for them out of your own pocket. These are just a few things that go on at Cloninger Ford in Morganton. If you do go, please ask about the turnover. It goes without saying that if you do not take care of your employees, then you certainly will not take care of Your customers. More
