Michael was very helpful and professional. My wife and I were traveling through Morganton area enroute to Jackson,TN when our engine check light came on. We stopped to have it checked. After which he explained what the problem was and what it would take to correct it. Upon leaving the vehicle to be replaced, he gave us a loaner car and directed us to restaurants and hotels for staying the night. Needless to say the vehicle was repaired the next day. I found the car I wanted, got all my questions answered and left. The next day I came back with a pre-certified loan and drove away in the car I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Several people at the dealership helped keep my kids distracted so that I could concentrate on paperwork. I will always look to Cloninger for all my car needs in the future. The only complaint I have is that the clean up job on the car was not stellar. There was melted candy in the pocket on the back door. More
