I found the car I wanted, got all my questions answered and left. The next day I came back with a pre-certified loan and drove away in the car I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Several people at the dealership helped keep my kids distracted so that I could concentrate on paperwork. I will always look to Cloninger for all my car needs in the future. The only complaint I have is that the clean up job on the car was not stellar. There was melted candy in the pocket on the back door. More

My truck has issues. I expected to learn more about these. Instead, my truck got a “clean bill of health” ???? I paid $200 for the A1 service package. Nothing was said about some OBVIOUS issues. Very dissatisfied with my experience at Cloninger. Would never recommend to any of my friends family or clients . Customer service is clearly not a priority for this dealership.
