Not repairable I traded 2003 Impala at Cloninger Ford in 2016 I was given 1,300 trade in. the car that I was sold was a 2008 Toyota Avalon. The price I was told by t I traded 2003 Impala at Cloninger Ford in 2016 I was given 1,300 trade in. the car that I was sold was a 2008 Toyota Avalon. The price I was told by the salesman that I could not understand because he didn't speak English clearly was 10,000 when the paperwork was done it was actually financed for 16,000. I thought the car was still a good deal until I hit a pothole and bent the rim. That is when I found out that all of the rims or hubs had been modified by whoever had the car before me. Now I cannot get the hubs to fit the car and Cloninger Ford knew this when they sold me the car. Their advice to me was to let the car be repossessed which will ruin my credit! I think it is a very bad dealership that would knowingly sell a car to someone that could be stranded and can't do anything to repair it, to advise a customer to let the car be repossessed and not take any responsibility for selling the car in the 1st place. They knowingly sold me a car that was not fixable or road ready and safe. More
