Latest appointment 12-26 I came to dealership because battery light came on....i was told cable was faulty...covered under warranty, would be in 1 -2 days....12 29, I ca 12-26 I came to dealership because battery light came on....i was told cable was faulty...covered under warranty, would be in 1 -2 days....12 29, I called service to see if part was in....no record of transaction.....I was transferred to parts to see if they had any info.....why was I chasing the part?????...I held for 7 minutes, hung up, called back....parts guy found part, was transferred back to Service to make an appointment....made appointment for 12-31...showed up around 2 pm...no time to complete job, agreed to come back on 1-3....showed up at 9 am....was told they would call the guy and tell I was waiting for a ride...they never called him...he showed up at 45 minutes later...At 1 o'clock, I called to see if car was ready...my tech was out to lunch, so I got transferred to voice mail - they didn't tell me he was out to lunch...they just transferred me...I called back and told the woman do not put me on hold...got another tech and car was ready...not for nothing, but don't you think people might have other things to do....got there, was told car was in spot C 12....it wasn't (I found it...that was that was actually funny)....do you think that was good service? Through it all, Lonnie was helpful. More
