Please see my Review I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Cloninger for several years...However when I had my Ford Escape (2013) serviced on Nov 28, 2018 I had an i I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Cloninger for several years...However when I had my Ford Escape (2013) serviced on Nov 28, 2018 I had an issue that I particularly did not like...My car is white....it was clean upon arrival..after servicing I noticed when picking it up there were numerous black oily smudge marks on the hood as well as the front bumper....This I did not appreciate and consulted with Elizabeth on the matter...Perhaps the service technicians should be a little more observant on how they handle customers automobiles..I am sure they would not want oily black smudge marks on the hood of their car or truck!!!!! More

My son told me how impressed he was with José and Cloninger but I wasn't really looking at a Ford. I am handicapped and was looking for a specific vehicle like I had before I moved to NC. My son brought me to Cloninger to look and see what they had to offer. Jose listened to my needs and showed me a few vehicle he felt would suit what I needed.
