Quick in and out as far as pick and return is concerned Went in for recall. Had no problems. Did not have recall part in stock, had to come back the next day. This service department is a far cry from a few years ago, when I dreaded bringing in anything for service. Now it's a breeze the last 3 times I've came. It was extremely busy, and I had an appointment. It still took 1 1/2 hours to do an oil change. Stuff happens and I had nothing else planned that afternoon, so it was no big deal. More
