Was completely set to drive over to buy a vehicle I had seen on the website but after verifying some information, I saw that they were putting MSRP's at least $2000 higher than what was actually on the sti seen on the website but after verifying some information, I saw that they were putting MSRP's at least $2000 higher than what was actually on the sticker. Lisa could not give me a valid explanation for the matter. I would've been ok if it was a mistake on just one of the vehicles listed but it was multiple. So it appeared with their prices that they were giving the customer such wonderful discounts on a vehicle when in fact that isn't the truth. I will not be giving them my business at any time. More

This dealer is the worse I have ever dealt with. I purchase a new car every 6-12 months so I have a lot of dealer experience. The service dept is a joke. In January my Mustang was wrecked. Had it towed to Cloninger and it took them until May to fix it. By the time it was finished they had replaced all kinds of things that were not messed up in the acci Cloninger and it took them until May to fix it. By the time it was finished they had replaced all kinds of things that were not messed up in the accident but in the shop. In October my parked car was hit and again I took it to Cloninger to have it fixed and wouldn't you know they messed it up again! The body shop needs to fire everyone and start over with qualified people, not the trained xxxxxxx they have working there now. While they were waiting on the bumper to come in I sent it to the Service side to have it looked at and the oil changed. They said the throttle body was bad and had it replaced, it was under warranty and only cost me $100. 4 days later and $370 dollars more and the thermostat housing is cracked. They do crappy work and will not take the blame for the things they mess up! Cloninger may be a good place to buy a car, but don't let them work on your car! More

Was charged $800.00 for a tune up on my f 150 when I got the truck back the check engine light was on when I inquired about this I was told it was not there problem make an appointment to fix it. These guys will work very hard to make the deal happen for you. The process was painless and all my needs were met. I drove off the lot with a great truck. A super "clean" 2007 FORD F-150 4WD-lifted. Searched for months for the mustang of my dreams and finally found "the one" online at this dealership that is an hour away from me. Called in and spoke with Lisa and she said she would pull the car asi finally found "the one" online at this dealership that is an hour away from me. She was never pushy and didn't try to over power me with any cheesy sales pitch like I had gotten at all the other dealerships. I got my new baby that night and I am sooo please with my purchase and my experience. Another staff members tht went above and beyond that I should mention is Bruce. He is a really great guy and him and Lisa made everything so easy! I would recommend Lisa to everyone I know and actually just sent another friend to her tonight who's looking to order a new mustang. When I went out there, it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my 30 plus years of buying cars. There was no hassle and no crap. I got the best deal I could find anywhere and I didn't have to spend all afternoon in their dealership haggling to get it. I thought maybe it was just an end of the model year clearance, but after I bought my car I checked about a month later and they were still had cars advertised for the price that I bought mine for! You can't go wrong with them. Lisa Reynolds will treat you fairly and I don't think you will find a better deal on a new Ford anywhere. More
