My car was a problem now how do we deal with problems We purchased a 2014 CRX Caddy trading in a 2017 Pacifica, love the look of an SRX it is sharp and handles great Nat was wonderful and understood our n We purchased a 2014 CRX Caddy trading in a 2017 Pacifica, love the look of an SRX it is sharp and handles great Nat was wonderful and understood our needs right away. then the next night we drove to pick up the grandkids before Hurricane Flo. cam into land we could not see 4' in front of us the low beams were not working. So waiting until the hurricane blew through we took the car into service they kept it for a few days and said there is nothing wrong it all works BUT unless you put the car into totoal darkness you cannot see what we experienced. finally Nat saw the problem with ours and the red on on the lot. the beams lose the seal and lose either low or high beams. Now we don't want this car it cannot be fixed where it is going to stay that way and I don't want a car that can lose the headlight on a trip to Florida. We traded for a 2018 Chevy Equinox and lose 2,000. on our orig. trade in. this bothers us since we fully expected our Cadillac to be fully and trusworthy. We should not have to lose anything. that is why we are not happy. More
