Great service and a great deal I was torn between a new camry and a new fusion. I looked at the camry at another dealership but decided to check this dealership for both the fusion I was torn between a new camry and a new fusion. I looked at the camry at another dealership but decided to check this dealership for both the fusion and camry at the recommendation of a family member. While the fusion I wanted had already been sold, I found a gently used one that I liked and decided to purchase. Roosevelt was great and working with the finance department got me a deal that I could easily afford. I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Amanda Barry has always provided top notch customer service each time I have brought my Toyota 4- Runner in. She is professional and personable. She always lays out to me the plan of action to resolve my service issues and always uses what resources are available to her to save me time and money. She treats me like family and appreciates the loyalty I have shown to the Clonninger Service department. This is why I continue to trust and depend on this dealership for great service at a fair price. I will continue to bring my Toyota here and hope to continue having Amanda be my service advisor. My opinion went from great to horrible after 5 years Overall I have had good customer service at Cloninger. But unfortunately my last visit there changed my feeling about their service. I have taken my Overall I have had good customer service at Cloninger. But unfortunately my last visit there changed my feeling about their service. I have taken my car there for 5 years; almost the entire time I’ve ownef my car, which I bought new. There was a recall that had to be done by 150k miles. I was informed about of this recall at 185k miles. If I have taken my care there every two months for 5 years for maintenance, why wasn’t this recall mentioned to me? Now a 185k miles when I am no longer eligible for it, it is mentioned to me. And at a cost of $2k dollars when I could have had it done for free under the recall. This now changes my opinion of their entire service. And now to fix the problem I am out a large sum of money. I just wanted to make an additional note. The review on this site forced me to pick an employee. In this case, I worked with Amanda. My review is more an issue with the service department process of notifying customers including Toyota. Amanda has been great to work with. She provided good customer service with a very friendly attitude. Again, this was not about Amanda at all. More
