Have always had my F150 services there since buying it there Always had my truck serviced there since buying it in 2012. Always had excellent service until yesterday. I was push for time. I declined having my tires rotated . I bought the tires elsewhere and they would rotate them for free. Also at checkout time I was told I needed a new battery and that my battery was very low. I just bought a new battery last week and I had it checked after I left the service center and it was fine. I was told my brakes would need replacing soon. Well they needed replacement now . Had them checked today and there was metal on metal. More

Professional. Felt like I was family! Straight foward. Couldnt be happier with my experience. Went to Ford dealer and worked with Kenny Baker. Great I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the courteous and helpful staff. I went in for a simple oil change, but when they found out that I had a I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the courteous and helpful staff. I went in for a simple oil change, but when they found out that I had a recall on my new car, they told me I would have to come back for approximately two hours for them to determine if the part needed to be replaced. When they found out that I had already traveled an hour that morning for the oil change, they worked me in and it was only and additional hour. They felt that it would be inconvenient for me to come back and I was willing to wait. They offered the shuttle to me several times to take me to lunch to shopping, etc. But they were so quick and efficient, I didn't need that either. When I purchased the vehicle in July, my salesman was also great and I believe we were his first sale. He was so very nice. I am very pleased with the entire staff at Cloninger Toyota. More
