Came back the next day to finalize the sale and there was Juan again waiting, opening doors and guided us through the process before turning us over to the finance person Rafael. Rafael was patient and very detailed when explaining. Fantastic service! After the transaction was complete, there was Juan again waiting patiently to guide us to our new SUV, asking if we wanted a another round of detailed tutoring on the features/ apps of the car. Genuinely caring a rare find employee! Also, i need to return my Rental car asking to leave my car first and will Uber back.
