Polite and kind at check in and check out. My auto was cleaned inside and out. When the fob was slow to respond the service person replaced the battery. When I presented a discount card I had received in the mail there was no hassle.the cashier accepted it without question. In all, everyone was very accommodating. The wait time was less than an hour.
