A special thank you to **Merwan Yettou, the Internet Director**, who has been absolutely incredible to work with. Merwan went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle, worked hard to make the deal come together, and made the entire process feel easy and straightforward. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of people and making sure they have a great experience. It’s rare to find someone at a dealership who is this knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to put in the extra effort. Merwan is a huge asset to Coastal Chevrolet, and his customer service is a big reason I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Before we were notified about what our problem was, someone from the sales department called to sell us a new van and began talking about the issues with our old one. Then, we were told that our warran someone from the sales department called to sell us a new van and began talking about the issues with our old one. Then, we were told that our warranty was expired and it was going to cost us $8,000 to fix our issues, we call another dealership and our warranty is still viable. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication was astounding. Every time we called to check on the vehicle we were sent to voicemail and didn't hear back for at least a day. We will be doing our best to avoid the Coastal Chevrolet in the future. More
