Very long wait times even if you have an appointment. Longest I’ve waited is 4 hours for a routine maintenance procedure like a tire rotation, even though they said 1 - 1.5 hours. They didn’t even offer me a car, a ride, Uber, nothing. My last visit, someone called me saying my car was ready to be picked up, but when I got to the dealership, the person at the desk said it wasn’t ready. They had no idea what the status was and the service guy I talked to originally was nowhere to be found, so I had to wait even longer. By then, I had waited 3.5 hours. When my car was ready, they didn’t park it in front like I noticed they did with other people’s flashier cars, they literally told me to go find it. I had to walk through their lot full of cars to find it. When I found it, it was parked way too close to someone’s truck, I could barely get inside. It would’ve taken someone 5 seconds to park it in front. Bunnin wasn’t this bad at all. Very long wait times, lack of communication, and just the absolute bare minimum of customer service. They’ll still take your money, though. Maybe it’s because I drive a simple EV and not an expensive Camaro, so they can’t charge me as much. Give your business to the Rio Vista dealership in Buellton instead. More
