WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! If I could rate them zero stars I would !! Joe Papadakis (the owner) is a complete JERK ! My car has been at his dealership since July 6th and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it . Mind you , I have a 2014 Charger with only 55,000 miles . Cars don't just stop working on their own, especially in the way mine has. My car has absolutely NO POWER ! I was told that a "Star Ticket" was being opened on my vehicle on July 11th and that would involve a master technician from Chryslers home office to help them diagnose the problem . Today, July 13th , I speak with Joe Papadakis and he tells me they will not be involving the home office and I need to come pay them $106 and move my car or my car will be taken to the impound lot tomorrow . Never in my life have I dealt with such a lying, worthless group of people ! Needless to say , IF YOU OWN A DODGE, CHRYSLER OR JEEP DONT HAVE IT SERVICED HERE, LET ALONE SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM ! I am being charged and still don't know what is wrong with my car. HOW CAN A DODGE DEALERSHIP NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ONE OF THEIR VEHICLES ???? More

Really pissed off and on! I went to this dealership to buy a van for my growing family. Since I live in town; I wanted to do business close to home. When my husband and I got o I went to this dealership to buy a van for my growing family. Since I live in town; I wanted to do business close to home. When my husband and I got on the lot and started looking at a van it took 30 mins for someone to come and even speak to us. This person was not at all helpful! He gave me and my spouse the "once over" and apparently found us unacceptable. He told me the van we were looking at was not what we wanted....I changed the subject and asked how much would he give me for my trade in. With a sneer he said I might give you 100.00. I told him I do not think so and left. I drove 22 miles to Tallahassee Dodge and was greeted with open arms and smiles. My requests were listened to with interest and I was shown vans that met my needs. What Pappadakis did not know was I went to him with CASH IN HAND and was insulted....I happily paid 19000.00 for a car where I was treated with respect! Note to the owner of Pappadakis Dodge.....you can not judge people by how they look! Oh by the way I got 1500.00 for my trade-in! More

Disappointed Going to this place almost two years. All good. This time went for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went ok. The rotation not so well. They couldn't get the wheel locks off (damaged one). They didn't tell me they didn't do the work and charged me for the completed job anyway. I caught it and got a partial refund. Called the management about the incident but they won't take the call or call back. Too bad. More

We recieved a email from Pappadakis Dealership and my husband noticed a 2014 Dodge he might be interested in. I was so against dealerships with all the high pressure pitches,and lies and not to mention they always wanted to put you in something other then you were looking for. we went into Pappadakis and the salesman named Guy he was quick to show us the vehicle we came to see and the price on the was true and there prep charge was so low compared to the dealerships. After about 30 minutes he had us approved and in 1 hour and 15 minutes we were out the door with our new Dodge. I will purchase all of our vehicles from Pappadakis from this day forward..... More

The maintenance department is a joke and they over charge for repairs that are not needed. I was recently charged hundreds of dollars more than what a repair should have cost and their so called "repair" did not correct the problem. The owner of this dealership is a joke and is only providing you good customer service as long as your spending money, but as soon as you have a concern, no one will answer your phone call. I spent almost a $1000.00 for a vehicle repair and my car still would not crank a day later, and their dealership would not even return my phone calls after I spent the money. Do not waste your money here, take your vehicle to professionals! More

The salesman took my drivers license and ran a credit check on me without my consent or knowledge. I was asked if I am going to buy the vehicle and I said I want a test drive. The salesman then told me that I was not permitted to test drive a vehicle unless I commit to buy. Dishonesty, ineptitude, or bad sales tactics? I don't know but I am never going back and everyone I know will hear this story. More

I had done neither as he was not able to complete the transaction due to a banking document that would need to arrive and it was to take 7 days via mail to obtain, in the interim Pappadakis called and said they had another buyer and if he could not come within the next day they would not hold the vehicle. Needless to say it was not feasible to complete the transaction within the next day due to the document that was needed for the bank.however Pappadakis went ahead and charged my credit card for the $500. I think this is ethically wrong and I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company! More
