We came in to check out a used Red Hot Silverado found on Facebook. Travis came out after about 5 minutes which gave us time to look over the truck. I had been talking to another dealer about their used vehicle but Ali was determined to make the right deal for me and got very creative with a warranty to help compensate for not getting a Dealer CPO vehicle from a Mazda dealer. All the negotiating was done online and perfect for the current situation. I was happy with the car price and the trade value for my car. My time at the dealership was only for a quick test drive and maybe 30 minutes to wrap up purchase. Fantastic experience. Well worth the drive from Orlando to Melbourne. More

Would not recommend this dealership. I purchased the car online and then drove 2 hours to pick up the car. The vehicle seemed ok til I got home. 1500 dollars later the car was drivable. It needed new struts online and then drove 2 hours to pick up the car. The vehicle seemed ok til I got home. 1500 dollars later the car was drivable. It needed new struts and suspension repairs with only 45k miles on it. Supposedly the dealer did an inspection before it put the car up for sale. The sales team Rishi and the finance lady were rude and not helpful at best. This is a bully/hard sell dealership. If you want to buy a broken car or experience agreesive sales tactics, this is your place! More

Service didn't get the repair right Bought a used Santa Fe from the dealer. Had a problem with a sagging bumper several months later, they said it was hit. They said it was repaired and when I went to get it the bumper was loose. I told them it was not right. To their credit they looked at it and found the problem, missing absorbers. They were missing when I bought the car!!! The took it back in the shop and fixed it, but charged for the missing parts -missing on the vehicle when I bought it from them. My complaint - they claimed the car was repaired when it was not. I found the problem in 15 seconds, you would think a competent tech would have noticed it. Second they took no responsibility for the parts being missing when they sold me the car - I had to pay for the missing parts! So they took no responsibility for the missing parts, my having to make two trips to retrieve the auto (each about a 30 mi round trip). They lost a customer, this was my 3rd vehicle I purchased from them and planning one next year. More
