Sales rep. bobby sanchez greeted us friendly, enthusiastically, yet with respect. We told him our story how our current auto(2013 Kia Optima) sat too low for my wife. She felt too low to the ground riding in the passengers seat. we were looking to get back into and SUV. we previously owned a Toyota RAV4 (2), a Subaru Forrester and that size vehicle was more to our liking. Bobby spent an hour running from one lot to another with 2013 and '14 Santa Fe sports for us to examine and test drive. We found the vehicle that best fit our wants and wallet. we returned the following day with lots of facts and figures, garnered from the internet and were pleasantly surprised when Bobby was able to broker the deal with management for us. This transaction began at 10:am and by 12:pm we were in our driveway at home with our new SANTA FE Sport. All the business, financing and detailing complete! I stopped to figure out, in 53 years of driving I can remember purchasing 23 automobiles(possibly more) and this was possibly the best auto purchase I've experienced.
