After buying a new Atlas we found that it didn’t have a garage door opener we decided to purchase the new mirror with Home-link garage door opener and have it installed for about $400. When completed we were handed a bill for over $500. We inquired and were told it was a mistake. The second bill was still higher than the estimate. The estimate was shown to service who again adjusted the bill. We also have been having an issue with a slight vibration on the highway. The first time it was brought in service stated it was air pressure, which did not fix it. The second time service stated they rebalanced the tires. We were also told that it may be flat spots from the car sitting. Hoping the issue is resolved. More

It was difficult to get sales staff to call me back when I first reached out to discuss my desire to buy a new Atlas. Once I told them the vehicle I wanted, weeks went by with no follow up. I finally went into the dealership and met Ron Novin and he was very helpful. It took too many people and too long to get to the right sales person. Only other concern was we purchased the Zurich protection plan when I finalized the purchase. When we came back two weeks later to pick up the vehicle, only because I asked, we learned it had not been applied to our cars exterior and interior. Very frustrating to think we paid for it and almost left without it being completed. More
