Outrageous, their off site customer service has no idea what they are doing. Made appointment to drive a vehicle, after we were told only 2 customers in dealership due to covid. when we got there, they h what they are doing. Then after driving the vehicle our "salesman" was with a customer who had difficulty with their info system. waited 10 minutes, and when asked about our trade in, he said, the sales manager will be out in a second to look at it as I had gotten my registration/key to the sales person before we went for a drive. Went in and it was still sitting on his desk 5 minutes later! Left, went to Mastria and bought a car. Send their General Sales Manager an email on thursday, still have not heard anything from them. Tacky dealership, if you want non professionals to deal with go there. More
