I had a pleasant experience when I purchased the car with John Wyman and Chris Ryan. No pressure with exceptional knowledge of my model and a desire to get me into that car. I had been there previously with a minor problem and it was handled in a timely and professional manner. I visited with John and Chris while waiting for the car because they are personable and friendly and my purchase didn't end those interactions. For my most recent service I was taken aback by the cost of my oil change, but during my interaction with Jon he reminded me that I have two free oil changes based on miles accrued and as part of my purchase. I couldn't have been more grateful that he looked it up for me. I had a female service advisor, I forget her name, but she was pleasant and professional. Also, while I waited outside Chris sought me out and we caught up on the status of my car and personal topics. When the mechanic brought my car out I spoke with him briefly about the car. He was a pleasure to talk to because he had a lot of enthusiasm with my model and I asked him a few questions about the car itself which he was very informative with other tips. I do not know his name either. This is how a dealer should be. I have recommended this dealer to others who are in the market for a car. More
