Excellent car buying experience! We had never purchased from a dealership before, and had horrible service with a prior dealership we visited, so we came in a bit apprehensive. All the employees we interacted with were great, though. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided us with the financing options (no gimmicks or changes from the prices online), and we did not feel any pressure to commit. We did commit though, and could not have been happier with the customer service throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured to upgrade anything, buy extras, etc. It was all straightforward and clearly customer-focused. I highly recommend Evan and the team at Coastal VW! More

I went in knowing what the problem was- hood latch not working. Was then told they need to do a (whatever )point inspection to diagnose the problem?? I also was disappointed we did not get the registration in time and my daughter got pulled over and plates confiscated in NH for unregistered vehicle. You would think that there would be some sort of 'I just bought this car' to tie to the registration transition process. More
