Specifically the Service Department is excellent - Great service, took great care with my vehicle and maintained quarantine safety parameters at all times. However, once the sale was complete my queries went unanswered. Took 7 weeks to get assistance with getting the information for my loan and even then, was told to call VW Credit myself. Once the sale was complete there was no "customer service" This was a big purchase for me and have been disappointed with the service after sale. More
