For once a pleasurable car buying experience Traded in our 2016 Passat for a new Tiguan. Our salesperson, Ron Novin was so nice and attentive with absolutely no pressure tactics. Purchase of two new tires. I made a service appointment on Monday, June 8th for Thursday June 11th to install two new tires. Was informed on June 8th that the tires were not in I made a service appointment on Monday, June 8th for Thursday June 11th to install two new tires. Was informed on June 8th that the tires were not in stock and would have to be ordered. I was assured that the tires would be in the service department by June 11th. I arrived for my 8:00 appointment on June 11th and was informed by the service associate at 8:40 that the tires were not in stock and they could be ordered, but would not be in until 11:00 that morning. I did not want to wait around given the current situation with Covid-19 precautions. My wife has a suppressed immune system and I did not want to linger in a public setting for a prolonged period. I asked for my car and asked the associate to call me when the tires arrived to reschedule my appointment. I did not receive a call on Thursday and had to follow up myself around 3:45 to ascertain whether the tires had arrived. I was informed that they had and made another appointment for Saturday, June 13th. I find it unacceptable that someone did not notify me prior to my appointment that the tires had not arrived. I had to make an unnecessary trip, which I was extremely unhappy about. More

Excellent Service and Perfect Fit This was my first time buying a brand new car but Coastal VW could not have made it easier to find exactly what I was looking for. Evan was super acco This was my first time buying a brand new car but Coastal VW could not have made it easier to find exactly what I was looking for. Evan was super accommodating with scheduling as well as really listening to the features I wanted and showed me a car that perfectly fit my needs. He was able to safely show me all the features of the vehicle and special nuances to it so that I was comfortable test driving the vehicle on my own (in order to socially distance). Once I decided on the car, he explained my payments clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Amanda in finance was super sweet and took the time to go through all my finance options so that I was both confident and excited to go through with the purchase. John was great in confirming some of my information in order to get a better interest rate despite having little auto history as a recent college graduate. The whole staff were extremely friendly and took special care of me in what could have been an otherwise stressful experience. I love my new Tiguan! More
